I had an issue with a Door Dash delivery and even though Door Dash did a terrible job with how they address it, the team at El Pollo Loco handled it professionally without hesitation.

Vegetarian options: Unless you are with others, pass this place up as a vegetarian. My wife liked her salad, but (of course) they don't give a discount for removing meat.

Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the quesidillas.
