They made some great changes since the last time I went. There is now a small trampoline area. However, it is an additional $15 for the bracelet so you can jump (as if you aren't spending more than enough already). It can get pretty busy and the wait for staff to help can be ridiculously but at no fault of their own (they are short staffed). For the people that do work there, thank you for what you do! So, this isn't a place I ever consider without my kids, but for an afternoon on a rainy day, it is enjoyable seeing their fun and satisfaction. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Made the experience more enjoyable for us!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
