During the pandemic, Avatar's refuses to let customers pay on the phone and insists that they walk into the store, not offering curbside pickup at all and rejecting contactless payment. As an immunocompromised customer, I refuse to endanger my health and am repulsed by Avatar's ableist attitudes. I've put up with unprofessional attitudes from Avatar's staff on numerous occasions in the past, but this has been the final straw. Avatar's, I was a loyal customer of yours for many years, but now we're done. The food has always been edible, but not worth getting covid or encountering the staff members' consistently nasty attitudes.
This restaurant is superb and broad, the menu was delicious and the prices were very fair. quickly, effective service and very welcoming waiters. Recommended.
Exceptional food, nice staff members, regularly excellent character. They charge reasonable pricing and the food quality is awesome. Fantastic work.
This place is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The team is very receptive and the food they serve is so good. I never decline to have a nice dinner in this place. Highly recommended.
They serve large portions and for reasonable prices. kind staff members. 5 stars from me.
I'm not a big fan of having my savory with the sweet so I was a bit surprised to see mango in the mix with their enchiladas. Also somewhat bummed they didn't have any paneer burritos/enchiladas available; seems like a big miss. Other than that the burrito was great.
Yesterday was our first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We had great time with the efficient service, with the fine food and booze and with the decent pay. We will surely visit there soon.
Quick service and good food ?
Vegan and vegetarian options. Frontally service. My portion felt small. Tasty food. Plenty of parking
Excellent food, very welcoming employees, consistently fantastic vibes. They charge reasonable pricing and the food quality is great. Keep up the good work.

Unobtrusively situated in a strip mall, Avatars is a winner. The food looks Mexican (e.g., enchiladas), but the flavors are truly Indian...seasoned robustly and boldly, but not overly spicy. I felt like I was eating a Punjabi version of Mexican molé. Absolutely delicious. Large portions, priced fairly ($11-14 per plate)
We needed a pit stop for lunch on the way from SF to Sonoma and couldn't resist the idea of Indian/Mexican fusion. We were not disappointed! They have a great vegetarian menu with many options - it was hard to choose! I tried the veggie samosas and a burrito with curried mixed vegetables. Very delicious and filling, we left satisfied. It's small, with a few tables inside and a couple outside. Very clean and cozy. Everyone who works there was very friendly and helpful. I hope I have a chance to try it again!
We stopped by while coming back from Golden gate bridge visit to back home in East Bay. This was the only nearest option for food. The joint is small and cozy. The food is decent, tasty and freshly made. There are vegetarians options available as well. Parking and restrooms are available too. The owner was friendly.
Avatar's is fusion Indian food. It is wonderfully delicious and inventive. Many time I plan my day and trips around being able to stop and pick up food for dinner for us as we live in the East Bay. Highly recommend the Mustard Green, spinach and tofu burrito, the sweet potato and chicken and the smoked eggplant. All the food is super yummy. Many times when I order I get a bowl of their daily soup which is always vegan, lentil based and so flavorful...cumin, mustard seeds, coriander and so much more. They have enchiladas and rice dishes too. High recommend Avatars and I am very picky about my food. Definitely go to their home base restaurant is Sausalito, it has many more wonderful selections.
Some of the best food in Marin imo. The burritos have unexpected and extremely good flavors. I personally opt for the curried chicken because I'm somewhat picky.
