Lattes are often made just right, though the coffee is 9 out of 10 times, overly weak or tastes strongly burnt. I'm sure it's a simple production issue, but still a rough way to start your day when you need to go to two coffee shops back-to-back.

What a great crew! There is such a commitment to doing things right and taking care of customers.........these folks embody the very essence of customer service! I always leave feeling I am so lucky to be customer at this great spot!
