It did take a while to get our food. Almost 45 minutes for hotdogs and double cheeseburgers. No problem there, though. It gives you time to go check out the market that is adjoined to this business. If you plan on getting BBQ, you have to go early in the day. Morning/early afternoon early. Thanks for the food.Kid-friendliness: They have toys to purchase around the dining room.

THIS! I came back-to-back days, not only for their absolutely fantastic tri-tip nachos, but for the cool people that work there (both in the restaurant and in the farmer's market next door), the friendly customer service (where you can sit, eat, and chat with the legend himself, Kenny), and the warmth of a true home style kitchen. Great location right off the 5 fwy. Large dirt parking lot. I had the 2 meat combo plate with tri tip and chicken, served with potato salad and bbq beans. The chicken was very tasty and moist. The tri tip was good as well. Just wish they didn't cube the tri tip, but that's just my preference. The staff was very pleasant, and the facility was clean. I will absolutely be returning!
