The only thing I have gotten from Luis at the El Fagon food truck is the flautas and the quesabirrias dishes but when something is as good as those dishes are I, for one, tend to just keep running that path over and over. I am really curious about the tamales though.
The food and service are both equally amazing! This is my favorite go-to spot for lunch throughout the week. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for tasty Guatemalan dishes and more!
Highly recommend this truck!! Very authentic food for a good price. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, ask for what specials they have, sometimes they have items not listed on the menu. The ceviche is the best ceviche I’ve ever had in my life! Definitely worth coming here!
