I can to Carl’s Jr around 9:30pm to order that AI robot thing doesn’t work doesn’t get any orders right I sat there for 10 minutes trying to order then i drove up to the window to let them know what going on the lady had a bad attitude she said ur supposed to order with the AI I told her that the robot wasn’t getting my order correct that’s why I came to the window she said so you still need to order at the window and then she said what do you want I told her what I wanted and the whole time she had an attitude and was shaking her head then she tells me the total which is was $105 dlls I gave her $120 she said I don’t have change like really then she takes it and rang my stuff up then she hands me my order asked if that’s everything she said yeah I think then I parked at the parking lot looked in the bag and all the fries are dumped inside the bag I didn’t wanna bother going back in I’m never coming back to this location iam gonna warn all my friends and family this is not professional at all I work at a restaurant and this is not how you treat ur customers especially when they have a big order
This location has always been so sketch! They hardly have movement. Today I waited at the drive through in complete silence until 10 min later I finally say "hello?" Someone replied with "please wait." When finally helped, the lady asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted a plain hamburger with nothing on it just the meat and the bun... she stayed quiet and asked me to pull forward... I told her I wasn't done with my order I also wanted to add a big carl to my order... she said pull forward. She ended up charging me 2 times to different transactions one for the plain hamburger one for the big carl... they made me go wait at the front of the restaurant because my food wasn't ready... in fact no one's food was ready, everyone was being sent to the front so they could wait on their food. Lady finally shows up with my food and it's a cheeseburger!!! I cant!! refuse to go inside after I waited so long to get my food and then have to wait again for them to get it right. No thank you, something is off about this place... Someone in corporate needs to investigate.
The big guy that works drive through in the morning very rude and disrespectful you ask him a question he gets defensive no customer service what's so ever, can't trust him. Watch out for him.

well this is the last time i pay $21 to have my order taken by a drive thru AI bot. nope, that's a job that's supposed to go to a human that needs to make ends meet. ain't no way im gonna keep going to a chain that can't compete without replacing one of the few human interactions inherent to a fast food joint! only voting for candidates that support a robot tax from now on, this is getting out of hand

I specifically want to say thank you to Sam who's a worker there at night time...I was having problems with my card and was just trying to get my kid and baby mommas some food...he was so patient and so polite...he tried every way possible to get my card to work.. luckily there was nobody behind us..but he showed true customer service and I hope somebody higher up can see this post...Sam thank you for being calm and collected and I promised I'd leave a great review for you! Your a good guy and this world needs a lot more people like u

Buy a combo of 3 pieces of chicken (chicken strips) to start, they are using AI to take your order, which does represent a problem and here is the following:
The AI asks what kind of sauce? I answer (BUFALO SAUCE) I go twice and place the same order and they don't have it in stock, but the main problem lies in the service at the window, the employee (the employee who asked for what I ordered) asks me, to which I respond: chicken strips combo and he responds oh ok with buffalo sauce right? And I say correct. And a second later he asks me again what kind of sauce I want and I say (buffalo sauce) for the third time. And he tells me there is no that sauce. And I ask him what kind of sauce you have and he tells me ranch barbicue and honey mustard and I say ok give me honey mustard and ranch and ketchup and reluctantly he just adds a honey mustard sauce. And to finish it they only put 2 pieces of chicken in, one looked like it had already been bitten. What a lack of respect for the customer in every sense!!

Cashier jose needs to be re trained no customer service at all not a hello or thank you, order #886123 on 11.14.24 if your going to be in this job please be nice and polite to costumers and please greet them at the time with friendly manner, I know customer service is not for everyone but please try!!!

There was a big guy he had no name tag, so I never got his name the way my name is spelled can cause me to be miss gendered, in the Spanish language, what pissed me off the most was he kept referring to me as a guy even after I had corrected him what an embarrassment I felt humiliated, the biggest part of him being an ass he didn't even apologize, that was so disrespectful and mean. Is this what is okay for treating people in your places of business. Jaimee

I came to this Carl's Jr located at lemon Grove. New look at the drive thru section. A.I. is taking over now at this Carl's Jr drive thru section. Finally! Now it's better.
