This new AI at the drive through is not working out for me. You have to repeat things many times, be extremely specific, is a time waster and often the order is correct in the screen but doesn't go correct to the staff.

We placed a mobile order for in store dining. Our order sat at the counter for 10 plus minutes. We kept trying to get the attention of the lady running the front counter, but she intentionally kept avoiding eye contact and acted like she couldn't hear us. There was one other customer besides us so it was kind of comical. The drive-thru had 2 cars. She wasn't busy. Definitely not worth the money for cold food! Next time we'll spend half the money and go somewhere else. I felt bad for my daughter who wanted to try the western bacon cheeseburger for the first time. Cold cheese and onion rings are gross. Not worth it at this location!!!

Me and my mom made an order on the app and came in they ignored us for about 5 minutes while we were standing there waiting there was only one other customer inside and two in the drive through. Finally my mom said something and she gave us our food that had been sitting on the counter. A few minutes later I went to get some sauce and a different worker initially tried to ignore me but then gave me my sauce when I looked at his hand I was disgusted on just his pinkie finger his nail was about an inch longer than the rest of his nail and looked hard and yellow.
