The employees SUCK. Food is mediocre at best. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
Two days in a row with my order wrong. Did not call the first day, just out money. The second day I called and the girl basically called me a liar and set the phone down on the counter. I could hear her talking about me. I sat there for 10 minutes. She never picked the phone back off the counter. I was ordering from them once or twice a week. They just lost a loyal customer due to the way I was treated.
I have always tried to support small businesses today I went to Charleys in lemon Grove the young lady who was taking my order was beyond rude no customer service whatsoever talk to me as if I was one of her friends because she could not hear me on the speaker system I then proceeded to go to the window where she still was being rude and talking to me crazy at that point a young gentleman came to the window again Young no customer service just dumb I paid for my food I went back...read full review
