There is never a very long line at this location, and the workers work efficiently to get you the information or solution you need quickly so you are out the door in hardly any time at all! And it's nice to wait outside in the sunlight with the breeze, instead of in a stuffy office building. Staff is always friendly. If you are needing a new CalFresh card, they make a new one for you while you wait and you get it the same day!
I came around 8:30 in the morning. I just needed a new calfresh card. They make you wait outside and you take a ticket and continue to wait outside. When you go in the building you are checked by security to make sure you have no weapons. The wait time is case by case. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

This place is amazing ? I can't find any other words... the staff are professional and very helpful. I got educated so much on the process by just talking to the staff and asking questions. The lady outside who helped me even offered to take our docs and copy them for us so we only had to fill out the application. That was a huge gesture from her and it felt very genuine ? ? I would recommend this place for any California Benefits Services as the title says it all. Stay blessed...read full review
