These " Workers " are the same in every County or Govt job, rude ,entitled and just plain lazy..............Liberal attitude maximized ....They know that it is almost impossible to get fired.

This place is amazing ? I can't find any other words... the staff are professional and very helpful. I got educated so much on the process by just talking to the staff and asking questions. The lady outside who helped me even offered to take our docs and copy them for us so we only had to fill out the application. That was a huge gesture from her and it felt very genuine ? ? I would recommend this place for any California Benefits Services as the title says it all. Stay blessed guys!!

I couldn’t get help on the phone today, the phone labyrinth system won’t let you talk to a person and the menu option did not give me the option I needed.I gave up the phone and went today to this office but no one was there, the sign at the door said they close at 5 pm but no one was there at 3 pm. I can’t possibly get my paperwork in order due to my current situation, I tried hard and couldn’t get it done and it was impossible to get an actual person to help me.

I’m injured and can’t get around very well. My food stamps expired and I had no clue. I don’t have access to my mail. I’ve called multiple times and someone was suppose to call me to do application over the phone… no one’s called me and I’m starving… would be nice to get a phone call!They finally called me this morning and the lady was beyond rude. She hung up the phone on me. Said there would be benefits on my card today and there’s nothing. Been calling for weeks and they’ve just been pulling my leg!!

they make everyone wait outside now. so don't bring your kids or babies. it's summer time & they have everyone waiting outside in the scorching heat. the security guard issues numbers, and not in order of who was there first. a guy then comes out and yells it & if you don't run up there in 2 seconds, or sit on a burning curb close to the entrance, your number will be skipped.

There is never a very long line at this location, and the workers work efficiently to get you the information or solution you need quickly so you are out the door in hardly any time at all! And it's nice to wait outside in the sunlight with the breeze, instead of in a stuffy office building. Staff is always friendly. If you are needing a new CalFresh card, they make a new one for you while you wait and you get it the same day!
I came around 8:30 in the morning. I just needed a new calfresh card. They make you wait outside and you take a ticket and continue to wait outside. When you go in the building you are checked by security to make sure you have no weapons. The wait time is case by case. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Spoke with someone name Aruba (if that's her real name) she was very rude & unprofessional! I asked to speak with a supervisor & her response was "they will only tell you the same thing!" I said "I will take that chance!" then she transferred me to one of her friends in the office that was not a supervisor wasting my time(playing games). I had a real emergency for my medical. This office is disgusting & rude! ? They need to get it together..
