The three stars that I gave in general is for the taste of the food. It’s very good and the wait time is reasonable however, the customer service is very lacking. I never like to leave anything but five stars however I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years, doing this very job for a few of those years and every time I walk in it seems like they don’t want to be bothered. This was the first time I tried Jersey Mike's tuna, and it was very good. Maybe a little heavier on the mayo than I would like, but still quite tasty. It's good to know that they make fresh batches every day as needed, and what is left over at the end of the day is thrown out.I had the mini, Mike's way on wheat with extra pickles with Sun Chips and an unsweetened iced tea.
