I hadn't had KFC for a couple of years and was craving it. We lost our local KFC so one day when I was out running errands I decided to drive over to this one in lemon grove. The parking lot was so full! It's in a shopping center and I had a little difficulty spotting up because the GPS was sending me the wrong direction. The cashier was too busy talking about old coins with a customer who already had his food and completely ignored the next person in line, like they weren't even there, until the customer finally spoke up and asked if the cashier could possibly take her order!!
Very unprofessional and RUDE!!

Food is fine but the drive thru customer service is bad. Usually when you pull up to the drive thru they will greet you and ask what you want, but here you have to call them up multiple times just to get them to respond.
