This place is incredible!! The smoothies come with 24 GRAMS of protein and taste amazing! The guy who runs the place was knowledgeable and VERY kind. There's lots of flexible seating inside also. Update: just got the dragon fruit juice and it's the most flavorful juice I've ever had. I'm so impressed with this place!

Super cute place!! The girls were super nice and the food looked really good. I was craving an açaí bowl and she recommended the berry bowl. I personally thinks it's alright but next time i'll try a smoothie instead. It was like a smoothie in a bowl it was kinda funny and cute. I'll still come back!

This is my second time coming to this place and still amazing protein shakes are great if you're someone like myself well works at the gym and either want to meal replacement and extra protein with probiotic and fat burner within the protein shake amazing! Sidenote, if you drink the shake, odds are you will not be hungry, so definitely does satisfy the stomach for meal replacement if you're someone that really is focusing on the gym heavy.I do recommend to try this place Also great vibe in there, love the music and customer service from Jocelyn, along with the atmosphere :)

Delicious and healthy dessert options. This sweet dessert shop is located on Broadway in Lemon Grove. They have a variety of options to choose from like protein donuts, protein waffles, with strawberries and bananas, and a variety of shakes. We ordered a sprinkle and oreo protein, donut, a strawberry and banana, protein waffle and a snickers protein shake. Everything tasted good. You can taste that you're eating something healthy but this place is a great place to have a sweet, treat, and not feel so guilty.

Awesome experience here. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. They had exactly what I wanted and more. They made an excellent birthday cake style protein shake for me which fit in with my calorie intake for the day and I asked for a caramel caffeine booster which hit the spot. This place is gonna get a lot of my business.

Me and my husband are doing an anabolic diet and we found this place near by on here and thought we would try it out! First the people in there were so welcoming and explained their menu to us after telling them it was our first time there! We ended up getting the Cinnamon Crunch Protein shake and the sprinkle protein donut! Both were amazing! Will definitely be back to try the other flavor shakes!
Stopped in to check out the options at Nutrition Solution & was very pleased with their healthy shakes. I got the Banana Split shake - low in calories and low glycemic index but tasty and chocolatey! I also added a refresher because I was yes something lighter - the dragonfruit was amazing and ice cold. Most of all, the service was impeccable. Although soon after I arrived the place filled up, there was enough staff to help everyone feel welcomed. Everyone was friendly and they explained the menu thoroughly so I knew my options. I'll definitely be going back!
