I went to this location and order a grande ice Brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso they forgot yo add the sweetener when I address this to the employee she proceeded and said it was weird with a big attitude, when she remake my order she pretty much gave me a cup full of ice , not to mention my other drink was terrible disgusting and end up in the trash that was a passion tea lemonade which they didn’t add lemonade but I notice once I was home

Of course, I did go there with my friend who, after a long illness, was very well known at our Starbucks, who treat her like royalty. Her favorite drink, lovingly collected by her partner every day, had kept her going. I'm considered part of her entourage.

They removed all seating. No standing space either. Only grab and go.

As a seasoned Starbucks voyager, I’ve navigated countless coffee expeditions with the trusty mobile ordering compass guiding me. But on this fateful day, my journey into this particular Starbucks felt like stepping into an alternate universe where baristas were masters of the dramatic arts!

I strolled in, phone in hand, ready to claim my caffeinated treasure with the confidence of someone who has done this a thousand times. Yet, my grand entrance was met with...silence. I half expected tumbleweeds to roll by as I stood there, ignored, unlike the other caffeine seekers who were welcomed like celebrities. My order status was clear: "ready," and yet, it felt as elusive as a mythical creature.

Realizing my macchiato might need a search party, I bravely approached the counter. The barista gave me the kind of look reserved for surprise pop quizzes. I gave my name, and voilà, my order appeared. But alas, the cream cheese was MIA. I pointed this out, and with Oscar-worthy theatrics, the barista slumped her shoulders as if I’d just revealed a plot twist in her day.

She retrieved the cream cheese, then asked to see the order sticker on the bag, implying that perhaps my bagel was trying to smuggle contraband. Just when I thought the saga was over, I requested a knife. Cue the dramatic sigh, suggesting I had asked for the secret of life itself.

I typically enjoy having fun conversations with baristas and making sure they know they're appreciated, with tips that could fund a small island—$5 for just a drink, $7 to $10 for a drink and something to eat, and even more when ordering for a group. Even when they are busy and a bit short, I understand they're just in the rush-zone and always tip accordingly. But this experience was a first—I left without tipping, a rarity in my caffeine chronicles.

Here’s hoping this tale brings about more smiles than slumps and sighs. As for me, I’ll be sipping my future lattes elsewhere, avoiding coffee drama (and quite possibly an acting class).

This Starbucks is not it
Waited 30 minutes in line just to order (drive-thru) , it happens.
Location is always busy during the day and weekends, good luck getting out of the parking lot drive extra minutes and go to a different Starbucks.

I ordered a strawberry cream frappe and they didn't put any strawberry syrup, it was the plainest drink I've ever had. That's the last time I go to this location.

I used to come here a lot but since they have a new Asian girl as manager, supervisor o whatever she is I don't like it. She is very rude, careless and never smile. She doesn't give a good service. Btw coffee is goood.

The worst Starbucks! The staff is so caddy and annoyed when you ask for something. Zoe is extremely unprofessional and rude. They are unorganized and all over the place as far as orders go. I say this with a lot of grace and have given this store several chances because it’s so close to my house and we all have off days but no more. I will literally drive on the freeway up the street to college and get out of my car for better service. Not to mention they don’t let paying customers use the restroom or should I say my 3year old potty training while we waited for a mobile order as she was about to pee on their floor. I just can’t even deal with the people there. Thanks Zoe for the rude sarcastic attitude totally a great start to my day and making me wait over 10 mins for a mobile order and lying to me that mine was after everyone else coming in lol I’m a Starbucks VIP I know for a fact doesn’t take 20 mins for a coffee order.. May God bless you and guide you to treat people better and work on your communication skills and help you get through your hardships so you don’t take attitude to work.

Zia took are order and we waited 25 minutes before Aaron gave us are first drink. Chow was just laughing and talking in the phone. I’ve never in my life witness my drinks taking longer than normal. I just know this is not the spot for afternoon coffee.

Update: They didn’t get my order right and when I tried to tell them they made me make the drive thru lane all over again. Not only are they super uncooperative, but to my understanding ordering ahead it’s for you to skip the line or am I wrong? They just need to work on how they treat customers, this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Workers are rude and won’t open doors until 6 even though they open way before that. They make you to go through the drive thru lane for your mobile order.

This is is a drive thru only Starbucks due to ZERO furniture. It’s pretty baffling to have a coffee shop where you can’t sit inside
