Our pickup time was 11:45. We took an hour to get to our order and when we got there, they told us they’re giving us a refund because they’re “cleaning the water out” and threw our order away. I mean they could’ve had TWO people (there were two or three people working at the front) made the orders while the OTHER ONE clean. They just our sandwiches away JUST BECAUSE OF THE RAIN! We wasted our time AND gas just for these people to throw order away. They could’ve just called and told us that they are going to refund after 20 minutes of us not being there. My husband and I just could’ve stayed home and not deal with the hour it took us to get there because of how flooded the streets were. Very angry with the workers there but whatever. If it rains bad to a point Federal and Broadway get flooded again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY!

Cmon on... like, how you give me a meatball sandwich with no sauce? No sauce what so ever! Never seen that I ordered through the app so maybe they missed understood? But cmon maaan, who orders a meatball sandwich with no sauce? And fast food workers want $18 an hour... but can't even make a sandwich right! Get a real job LOSERS!

The young lady with facial jewelry was so polite and not rushed. It's a place that is difficult to order when you order for a couple of people. She was so polite and not rushed. It's the first time I felt relaxed. She was suggest the combo and a cookie which I purchased. I hope she's there the next time I need an order. Lemon grove staff are the best!!

Bad customer service, there was a girl who was reluctantly serving me, she didn't even look at me, she didn't even say hello, I let her know I'm ready, there were no more customers and she didn't respond to me. I asked her if there wasn't another person to serve me and she says, "No, I'm making a mistake." order but with a bad temper I don't know if he didn't like that I spoke Spanish to him but very despotic I wish they would train their staff more to be more friendly

This is the first review I have ever given which is a accomplishment that this location has earned. I don't expect much from this location, been going to this spot for 10 years so I know what to expect but believe me when I say that this sandwich was made so poorly that I would be asking for a refund if it wasn't more trouble than it was worth. The condiments are not evenly spread through the sandwich, neither is the lettuce and they only used 3 slices of tomatoes for the whole footlong. Not to mention that they weren't even bothered to wrap the sandwich properly so the few tomato slices had fallen out of the sandwich. Very upset, would recommend a complete retraining of whoever made my sandwich.

Gizette did my Subway good!!! very friendly and amazing customer service she got everything correct on my order and some. I will for sure be back to this one location when I travel back to SD again. It's so hard now in days to find places that have great customer service!!! Thank you Gizette! You Rock!!!

Very bad service, the workers are very slow and rude. I always end up waiting 30-45 min for 1 sandwich. I've been here multiple times and it's the same thing every time not wasting my time here anymore.

I don't get it...I walk in, I smile and say hello, and the lady at the counter gave me nothing but attitude. Did I take too long reading the menu? You're only about as tall as the glass shield - we're you angry that I couldn't hear you when you'd mumble to ask me what I wanted (with your head still bowed down)? Seems you got your revenge by pouring what felt like a half a bottle of honey mustard on my sandwich. I don't know her issue is but that kind of attitude is very rude and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately she didn't bother to wear her name tag so I can't even report her but to that middle aged Mexican woman who made my sandwich - I sincerely hope you find whatever kind of healing you need you miserable old bruja.
