Our pickup time was 11:45. We took an hour to get to our order and when we got there, they told us they’re giving us a refund because they’re “cleaning the water out” and threw our order away. I mean they could’ve had TWO people (there were two or three people working at the front) made the orders while the OTHER ONE clean. They just our sandwiches away JUST BECAUSE OF THE RAIN! Cmon on... like, how you give me a meatball sandwich with no sauce? No sauce what so ever! Never seen that I ordered through the app so maybe they missed understood? But cmon maaan, who orders a meatball sandwich with no sauce? And fast food workers want $18 an hour... but can't even make a sandwich right! Get a real job LOSERS!

The young lady with facial jewelry was so polite and not rushed. It's a place that is difficult to order when you order for a couple of people. She was so polite and not rushed. It's the first time I felt relaxed. She was suggest the combo and a cookie which I purchased. I hope she's there the next time I need an order. Lemon grove staff are the best!!
