“Have been loving SF BAY COFFEE for a few years. I get it at COSTCO (100 pods). I recently purchased a new KEURIG machine & suddenly my coffee was getting grounds in the cup. I contacted them & they told me to push the coffee with my thumb before brewing...this stopped the grounds (that particular box had coffee that seemed tight/hard in the pod). The new coffee maker had nothing to do with it. They asked me a few questions about what I had. Within one week they sent me a new box at no charge! This new box is perfectly fine!
