Whether you’re visiting mid town or Sac State in the East area or heading to Tahoe off the 50, either Mill locations are always worth the stop!!! Washroom is spacious and clean, also kid- friendly with a clean diaper changing station! Didn’t travel with my children but this would’ve been well appreciated in their younger days.

“Uptown Mini Mart is a wonderful spot, and it's always a pleasure to visit. The owner is incredibly nice and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need.

One of the highlights is the homemade baklava—it's simply the best in town and a must-try! Beyond the delicious treats, the store carries all the essentials you'd expect from a convenience store. It's a great local business that I highly recommend to anyone in the area!“

“Wow. That Tokyo fog was REALLY good. I had mine with brown syrup sweetener and it was *french kiss*. Their Chilean empanada that comes with a hot sauce packet was ALSO a perfect satisfying quick bite. I love how SPACIOUS and ROOMY this coffee shop feels and that the music volume is higher than other places, perfect to focus on myself, the person in front of me, and drown out all other distractions.“

“I get a large iced white mocha and the cheese and ham croissant every time I go in. I've yet to be disappointed. Even when different people make my drink it stays consistent. Not to mention the employees are amazing.“

“Had never been here before but tried it out while doing a coffee crawl. I appreciate that they open early because I was able to go in before work. The parking was a little tricky but I was able to get a soot in front. It wasn’t packed but there were a few of us there at 6:30am. I ordered their honey latte and also got a fun keychain. It was relaxing and airy inside with lots of light coming in through their bigs windows. I enjoyed my drink, would want to try different ones next time.“

“Mast Coffee is the kind of spot that makes downtown coffee runs feel special. Clean lines, friendly baristas, and a calm buzz that lets you settle in. Their flat white is lovely, silky microfoam with that paint-like texture and a balanced shot underneath. They use Clover milk, which steams beautifully and gives the espresso a soft, creamy finish.

Pastries are sourced from Starter Bakery in Berkeley and it shows. The almond croissant is pretty solid, crisp on the outside with a tender center and just the right sweetness. My unexpected favorite here is the chia seed pudding. It is simple, fresh, and so satisfying, the kind of thing I end up craving later. All around, thoughtful coffee, quality bites, and a vibe that makes you want to linger.
