“Great boutique coffee. I get the pumpkin latte. Coffee is less sweet, but I prefer adding my own to control my sugar intake. Small little cafe with outdoor seating next to the hotel and convention center. Friendly service. Sometimes, it can be a wait for your food and other things they're pretty fast. I think they could add more lettuce to the salads as well. Some salads I've ordered have been inconsistent on ingredients.“
“Great news…Milka’s Coffee Roaster opened up a second location in Sacramento in the WAL Public Market right in the heart of the midtown Historic R Street District. I’ve been a fan of their coffee ever since first sip at the flagship location on G Street.Milka's owner sources the coffee bean from Rwanda. They roast them two different ways to get a light roast and a dark roast. I luv the taste of both roasts. Mmm. Another tidbit is that the flavored simple syrups are all handcrafted. They either source those from local crafters or make it themselves. They have some pretty unique flavors such as pine, Algerian mint, and hibiscus. Some are limited release used in their seasonal speciality drinks. I recently tried the new seasonal Sweetheart Latte. It had a creamy, smooth taste. Besides coffee drinks, they sell tea and pastries.Other things to note:+ This location is a walk up counter with indoor and outdoor seating that’s shared with the Public Market. So if you’re looking for a more intimate place for coffee, try their other location.+They don't up charge you for almond or oat milk choices.+The menu prices are the prices you pay, tax and tip are included.+The other location is at 1501 G Street in a registered historic building. It’s a house built in 1861 in the Mansion Flats neighborhood. Luv that the owner is keeping with the theme of opening shops in registered historic buildings. The WAL Public Market is a renovated turn of the century industrial warehouse.“

( I love coming here to work or catch up with friends) Get here early to snag a seat. It gets packed quick! If you plan to work and need an outlet to charge your device, there's only outlets along the wall facing the window or along the couches closest to the restroom!“
“It took me way too long to try this place. What a gorgeous experience! I ordered a cappuccino with the seasonal Wildwood syrup (floral and lavender forward). The inside of the cafe is clean and bright with a bar that's perfect for working or catching up with a friend. The outside patio is green and cozy. I will be back to try the tea and maybe a waffle.Locals in East Sacramento and River Park can easily walk to The Mill from either Folsom Blvd or by choosing the footpath behind CSUS.“
“Great little spot for a delicious coffee and breakfast. The mocha was one of the best I’ve had in a while, and the pastries didn’t disappoint. I went with the meat quiche and chocolate croissant. The atmosphere is really chill and the baristas were extremely friendly. Wifi was fast, so I was able to get a little work done while I enjoyed a delightful little breakfast!“
“Dig a coffee spot that is simple, open past 2pm and has solid coffee. Ordered an iced latte and the strength of the coffee was -- I'm not a fan of paying $7 + $2-3 for extra shots for a drink that doesn't caffeinate me and tastes like milk. Will be back!“
