After several disappointments we tried the Wednesday night Prime Rib Dinner. Credit where credit is due. The dinner was delicious. The meat and vegetables were prepared perfect, the wine selection was good. Our waiter, Zach, was excellent.
Chef Char at Meridians has truly elevated our dining experience at this establishment. Her consistent presence and professionalism have made her an integral part of our visits over the past year and a half. I have to give a shout-out to the staff at Meridians for such an organized special Thanksgiving meal. My husband and I have gone to various restaurants on Thanksgiving over the years. Nothing compares to how smoothly the staff kept things moving from the hostess, the chefs, the waiters/waitresses to the bus boy. They were all amazing.
