“I ordered 2 tripa tacos and 2 gorditas de chicharrón. The tripas were actually good but very underseasoned. The gorditas were fried and to my surprise they had nopales which was a plus, however I could tell they were from a can and were dry. The staff was ehhh 5/10. The food was alright 7.5/10. They need to season up more and a smile goes a long way. I would come back tho.“

“This place is Amazing!!! We drove in from Visalia and I'm so glad we did. Everything we tried was excellent. I feel that if a restaurant has good rice and beans then pretty much everything else would be delicious. And I was so right! We got the Molcajete, tacos dorados with chicken and papas, and the Birria soup. The portions are excellent, the food is brought out really hot and everything tastes fresh. The salsas are good too, the green was our favorite. We highly recommend trying it out. We will certainly be back.“

“Hands down the best place to get tacos, burritos and tortas. I love their lengua and Al pastor. The owner is always so kind and remembers his customer and treat you like family. Service is always quick and the prices a great for the quality.“

“I just finished off the last of my delicious La Mejor tamales. I found them tucked away in the freezer. I had purchased them a few days before the fire. I have not heard any news of a rebuild and reopening. I pray the Vasquez family are doing well. You are dearly missed.“

My lovely company had the carne asada tacos and they really enjoyed them too. The food has the right balance of flavor! The chicken torta was good too. Also had the right balance of ingredients. “We went one night to grab some tacos and a burrito. You order outside at a window and you walk inside to a check cashing business and there are a couple tables inside. The people working there were very nice and attended to whatever we asked for quickly unfortunately I do not have pictures.“
