The food was great, a little expensive but worth the price. The Staff was very friendly and helpful both the lady and gentlemen that helped where very nice and respectful i had no issue will be going back.

Cant speak to other reviews of customer service bc I don't go in the mornings. But I've never had a problem at this CJ's, except speed but thats not a huge complaint for me. It's actually one of the better ones in the East Bay, they have plenty of customization options that aren't offered at most other locations, which is why I come here often.

Food was good, fries were hot burger was perfect but the service has me not wanting to come back! Cashier was rude her hair was down and everytime i looked she was on her phone i ate at the restaurant so i was there for about 45 min this whole time this girl was so rude to customers on the drive thru screaming at them slamming the window and she wouldnt get off her phone my food was ready for a few minutes i saw it come out but she wont give it to me because shes to bussy on her...
