What a hidden gem! The wine is very good and the people are super friendly. Great place to wine taste or just relax with a glass of wine. The morning hike is amazing, I highly recommend it.

Edit 2023, we kept going and still live the wine. Enough so that we did reopen our membership. I chose not to remove my previous notes because they are true but so is the fact that everything from the staff, location and wine is worth it. And we love all of the events and different vendors that come here.Edit** 2022 the comment below is what I used to think . I thought this Winery was amazing however their scheduling is riddled with issues. We read reservations for birthday and they didn't notate that to the staff properly . We set up in the area that we had specifically asked to reserve and then they had us move because they double booked . Even though we booked earlier they still had us move . In addition to this I have been a member of this Winery for some time and on multiple occasions when I showed up to pick up the release bottles they didn't have all of the bottles because they sold out and they are willing to sell the bottles that they have on hold for the members that pay for them in advance . Their response was to tell me that it's okay that wine wasn't that great anyways , as they are telling me that they completely sold out of it and sold my bottle to someone . Because that really convinces me that it was so bad that I don't need to try it . After the second time this happened, I canceled my membership . It's really sad because of how much we liked it.Original reviewI absolutely love the wine and atmosphere. The best thing is that this Winery is at the very end so you get the best Ambiance while you enjoy great wine. I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed by a tasting at this location

I would give this 6 stars if possible Great wine and the staff was the best. So glad we found this excellent place, not only great wine but great food. We were on our way to the 49ers game and celebrating birthdays , received an excellent port wine and a delicious homemade brownie with a candle! An absolutely great tasting experience. I would highly recommend this great place to enjoy.

We had such a lovely afternoon at this gem tucked away in the hills. There was a wonderful selection of wines included in the tasting and for $15 it was a steal compared to the rest of Livermore wineries. It definitely is a lowkey mom & pop winery without any big fancy vibe, which I appreciate rather than the big names. We were even treated with a port and the famous brownie at the end. Excellent service and such a fun manager at the tasting bar.

This is probably one of our new favorite wineries and tasting rooms to visit! Quaint, charming and a little secluded. We went in for a tasting and Bruce, the manager, took care of us. Made us feel right at home and walked us through the tasting. I'm not a big fan of white wines or rosés but they have a very nice selection that's worth a try. My wife and I are big fans of the reds. Once you've sampled some of their offerings, ask about their events and other tastings. We're very excited to come back and attend some of their events and experience their outdoor patio when the sunny weather returns. Thank you again, Bruce and Charles R. Vineyard for the awesome hospitality and the great selections from today's tasting!
