This location in Livermore is my family fave El Pollo Loco we are always satisfied with the service & food is fresh each time and very clean restaurant they have dine in or a cute outside patio area tables and lighs streaming the chicken is amazing delicious definitely recommend this location

Went to El Pollo Loco for the $5 bowls and because it was conveniently near where we were going. Ordered really quickly on my phone app and went inside to use the restroom. Within 2 minutes of coming out of the restroom, the bowls were ready. Server offered us salsa and bagged it up for us to go. I decided to just eat in the restaurant since it was empty and air conditioned. We really enjoyed the bowls and they did not skimp on the servings. Really clean inside and plenty of parking...

I recently had a great experience at El Pollo Loco, where the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The cashier, Alfonso, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect with my order. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable.
