This is my favorite spot for boba! I love the drinks and the snacks are always a tasty pairing. I'm here at least once a week, it's just such an enjoyable place to be. For such a small place they've got plenty of seating. There's always a bit of a rush when the high school gets out but otherwise I rarely have to wait and the service is quick. Overall a fantastic local boba spot to support!

Found a piece of a sponge in my drink at Fat Straw this afternoon. Felt something itchy in my throat and spat out a piece of a green cleaning sponge. Not coming again for this disappointing experience.

The popcorn chicken bowl is a great lunch option. I work in the shopping center so I call in ahead of time so that by the time I walk there from our office, it’s all set and ready to go. Staff are always nice and friendly. They leave you alone if you’re not the talkative type but engage in conversation if you initiate the interaction.

1. Hostess or wait time Zero wait time upon arrival. Cashier was semi-welcoming. After ordering, many middle/highschool students rushed in. 2. Service & Ambiance The Match Smoothie came out fast and didn't wait too long for the popcorn chicken. Interior is very pink and hipster. Even saw a cotton candy vending machine in the back ! 3. Food Popcorn chicken was on point! Crunchy and not super salty like other places I've been. 4. Plating & presentation of the dishes Everything was in to go plastic. 5. Price Popcorn chicken was definitely in the better pricing $6.75 Match Smoothie was $3.50

They're at the San Mateo County Fair serving cotton candy flowers. We ordered the blue circle with yellow flower. We got this instead. Owner gaslight me and starts yelling that it is blue. What a nice guy.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the taro smoothie as well as the fried tofu. They asked me if I wanted mild or spicy and of course I opted in the mild. Though it took a few minutes for the tofu to cook, and in the meantime, I was sipping on the taro smoothie. To my surprise, the drink was delicious. However, as soon as I got the tofu, it came with some salty brown sauce. It was almost too salty for my taste bud. I'm surprised they did not use sweet chili Thai sauce, like just about every other restaurant that sells fried tofu. Not impressed and definitely I would have to avoid their fried tofu in the future. they could even use hoisin sauce instead of whatever sauce they served with. I can't go higher than three star rating with this location. Lastly, The customer service needs to improve. When I entered the location, I felt like I was bothering them, especially the girl behind the cash register. Price: A Quality: C Service: C

I love me some fat straw café. They're always consistent. I love how fast they are and accommodating. The ambience is cute and playful. I love being in there. I haven't tried the food but it looks good when it comes out

This is a disgusting mess of a place. There were flies on the inside of the ice cream bin and I found a hair in my drink. Absolutely do no recommend to my worst enemy. The "owner" Rachael refused to put the boba tapioca on the side and my 2 year old daughter choked several times trying to drink the tea. 0/5 for customer service.
This place has the BEST fried food I've ever had: popcorn chicken and fries are crunchy on the outside (perfectly) and tender on the inside. Of course their tea is the main reason I come. And their smoothies are a real treat. My whole family loves this place!

This is my favorite place to get boba tea! You can get a large one for around $5, which is lower than other places! The pearls are always fresh and delicious! They also have a variety of snacks such as waffles. Parking is plentiful! Highly recommended!
