Atmosphere, good drinks (yes plural) and pleasant accommodating wait staff is what makes Posada one of my favorite high-end places to eat. The phenomenal sauces combined with items cooked perfectly make this one of (if not THE) best restaurant in Livermore. Latin meals are their wheel-house; no doubt, Full-stop.
