Walked in today planning to use the app coupon for the $8.99 Footlong Meal, but the coupon wasn’t working. I asked the employees for help, and unfortunately they seemed unsure of what to do. They even asked another customer to help me figure it out. The customer confirmed that the coupon wasn’t working, so I ended up placing my order through the app and paying full price.
