customer service was bad. Ill mannered lady at the register gave me attitude from the very beginning of the transaction I think this place needs new staff. All of the ladies. Here are extremely rude. I hope this place gets shut down.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. For you coupon users this location DOES accept coupons! One of the few in the area that accepts coupons. This is our favorite Subway in the Pleasanton/Dublin/Pleasanton area. Thank you for always providing a great experience!

Pleasant workers who always have a smile on their faces and I go here and give them my business because they are friendly and accept coupons that we get in the mail. There is nobody in the restaurant, the lady behind the counter is doing a catering order. All I want is a 6-in breakfast sub, she ignores me for 5 minutes and then tells me she can't make me a sandwich because she's too busy. This happens all the time the customer service in this location is horrible.
I tried one of their new sandwiches called the outlaw when I got home. I pulled it out of the bag. It must have weighed 5 oz. It was soggy, wet and flat and rather gross. The Subway is not very good. The assembly for my sandwich was awful.

They don't honor valid coupons. They don't scan properly, so they refuse them. Zero effort to make it right with the customer. Quality of food is the same as any other location, but the employee attitude is why I'll never go back.

Ordered 2 footlong meatball marinara sandwiches. Order was throw in the bag carelessly and basically was not edible. Cheese all over the bag making parts of the bag fall off into the sandwich. Do better subway. Do better.
