Nice winery just minutes from the freeway! Lots of outdoor seating and occasional live music. Reservation not required and family friendly. Some nice sweet summer wines. Nice spot to stop by some relaxed wine tasting in Livermore!

I love this place. I've been a member for years. I went there today for a pickup and tasting. I was going to cancel my membership because it is so difficult getting here, however after arriving I changed my mind because I love it so much. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is always very attentive, fun and friendly. I know they are just doing their job but I truly feel they go above and beyond.

Meh…wines were ok, but nothing that you can’t get at the local gas station cooler. The tasting at $20/pp is ridiculous. Sign of the times I guess…make money on tastings cause the wines aren’t enough to drive their own sales

Great wine! Atmosphere is perfect. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are very nice and is very knowledgeable about their product.

I visited as part of a group with an advanced reservation for a wine tasting. We were placed in the storage and work area outside the dining room. Instead of a nice ambience, we had to endure views of a workbench, bottle equipment under repair, a forklift and commercial sink in cold drafty air.It was actually a nice winter day, and we would have been more comfortable outside in the sunshine. Also, the tasting room was not full and could have accommodated our group size. The tasting sizes were quite small and as a group we would have been better off just purchasing the bottles that we tasted. This was my worst wine tasting experience in California and I won't return.

Dog friendly, which was great. Cute little spot with decent wine. Liked the visit and appreciated the ability to walk in

Excellent setting, great staff. Member for years. Family owned winery without all the big bougie stuff like other wineries. It's all about their great wine and family atmosphere.

We absolutely love going to Fenestra Winery!I have taken many family and friends here for wine tastings. The staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to discuss the wine, and the wine is good. On the weekends they can be very busy, so I would recommend making a reservation. Sometimes, the wind can be quite chilly, so take a jacket in the car. They also have blankets available on request.

If you’re in the area, you should definitely give Fenestra a try. The fourth vineyard we drove to and were grateful to finally be able to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine. The wine we had was a delicious Chardonnay. Beautiful winery with a long history. Loved the photos on the wall, with a little story telling the history of the place, and the hard work that had gone into it.

As soon as we drove onto the property we felt unwanted. Michelle shouted from the winery to the parking lot at us and didn't even greet us as we walked in. Great way to end Livermore's barrel tasting weekend.Lorna hooked us up though and was very personable. Their Barbera and Sangiovese were on point. My wife liked it enough to where she'd want to come back, despite the rough start.

My husband and I went wine tasting here and loved all the wines. The rustic building is warmed up by white lights and very pretty.

The wines there are above average. Their service was good as well. However the winery is located at a place that does not give you a chance to take pictures with nice scenery.
