This is possibly the worst Fosters Freeze on the planet. With all the other options for ICE cream🍦 and food in Livermore you're best to go anywhere else but this dumpster 💯

I had a really strange and disappointing experience trying to contact this business. I called around 7 PM to check if they were still open, and instead of a normal response, I was met with what sounded like a prank — some kind of voice-over or soundboard with obviously fake, pre-recorded responses. It was clear that someone was intentionally messing around, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve never had this happen when calling a business before. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, it’s incredibly unprofessional and concerning.

4½ Stars. Best shakes in town. Hands down. No competition. Nuff said. End of discussion. That's all I gotta say about that. They also used to have the Best burgers(Big Boss Burger)in town as well, until surprisingly legit competition started popping up in town, here and there over the years. However, F.F. still has one of the best top 5 burgers. Hands down.
They are always clean, friendly service. And food is always served hot.

This may seem simple and to some a little petty. I ordered a large chocolate cone, but the server filled it on the top only. The soft serve almost fell on the floor. It was done to save maybe 2 ounces of product at the most. This probably saved them 5 or 10 cents on a 6 dollar cone. My concern is if they will do this on one item, what else do they cut corners on? They lost a steady customer on this.
