Vine Cinema & Alehouse Reviews
Opened in 1957. Kept the old school atmosphere. Very comfortable seats with small round tables in front of you. Couches for doubles if you wan, also very comfortable. Food is not theater food, its good. Serve beer and other alcohol if you like. Other drinks as well.
Awesome dine in theater to watch a movie or special event such as the 49er playoff games
Great prices for the movies. Beats the corporate theathers.

Vine Cinema & Alehouse offers a unique theater experience by combining a restaurant with a movie theater. It features American-style food and local brews, making it a great place for film lovers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with employees who are friendly and passionate about movies. The theater is clean and cozy, with comfortable couches that resemble old-school movie watching, but with added modern touches like deep seats and comfy pillows. Although there are only two theaters, the staff does a good job of rotating the freshest films along with throwbacks on different days. Besides popcorn and soda, the restaurant serves appetizers, salads, and main courses such as cranberry walnut chicken salad and impossible nuggets. Visitors often enjoy a Frose while watching movies, and the venue is also available for private rentals with attentive staff providing excellent support for events. The friendly owners and staff make it a welcoming spot, and the venue is on Uber Eats for easy takeout. Overall, it’s a fantastic local theater with a great history, excellent service, and a warm, inviting environment.
