Goodtimes is a Livermore staple and 100% worth checking out if you haven't yet. This place has affordable drinks and hospitable staff. They also serve an impressively thoughtful whiskey selection (ranging from affordable to appropriately-pricy of course), good beers, tasty lil pizzas, and a cozy environment to indulge and enjoy! I recommend coming out for their open mic nights if you're into that sort of thing (Tuesdays for comedy and Wednesdays for music).

I rated it higher since I'm not really a bar guy. This is probably the dive bar you want to go to. Still, not my favorite place to be. Mostly because I like quieter places. But a bunch of my friends go here so I end up here every once in a while. Could be worse.
