MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

One of the best burger joints around! Newly opened less than a year ago and I’m upset I haven’t come sooner. All of my meal was cooked fresh and tasted like heaven. Wouldn’t skip this place as an option to eat at. They will always have a customer in me! 10/10 service, food, dining experience

They should change their name from mooyah to moolah. Very expensive. Burger tasted bland and nasty. Fries were warm to cold. Waited for 20 minutes. Never coming back.

Place is neat and clean and the staff was friendly-ish (but in the way that you feel you are kind of a bother). I can live with those things if the food is great, but it was just… meh.

My review on the fries matches what a lot of others are saying. They are just soggy, droopy and greasy. I want fries to be piping hot and crispy on the outside when you bite in.. that’s the gold standard.

I had the cheeseburger and it was underwhelming. Way too much bun for the meat… for a bun that size it really needs a double patty. Aside from that though, the bun was kind of this soft-soggy-spongy thing (maybe it had been talking to the French fries)? As you ate it, it just kind of disintegrates within the burger. Definitely not a strong selling point. The patty itself had great flavor, though it was also on the greasy side - I had a pool of grease on my tray when I was finished.

So all in all…. meh. Not the worst but definitely not the best.

Amazing food we usually drive from Fremont to Walnut creek cause that's the closest and I am so glad they opened one n Livermore half the distance away from the other one it was amazing food was perfect atmosphere was perfect and customer service was amazing thank u so much for opening one closer

We tried Mooyah shortly after they opened. We got the Dude Perfect family box for pick up. The fries were dark, soggy and cold. We put them in our air fryer to fix them. The burgers were meh. Super greasy, like dripping, the bun was soggy and also smashed. None of us were impressed. We had to order at the screen while employees cleaned. After we got our meals they were friendly.

Decided to wait a while before trying again.
Walked in and employee immediately greeted me and offered to take my order at counter. Very nice lady, good customer service.
After I brought my food home, the fries were again, very dark, extremely greasy/soggy and soft. We all tried one and no one liked them, so a complete waste. It's like they say in cold oil for too long. Look at the picture, these are regular fries, not sweet potatoes.
I ordered 4 burgers, including 2 bacon burgers, but one was missing bacon. The buns were soggy. My son said his kids cheese burger tasted weird and gross, and he loves hamburgers.
I was the only one in the store, so I am not sure how things could go wrong.

Overall, we probably won't return.

Ordered for take out. Couldn't find avocado online. Asked about that when we picked up the order I asked for it and they put some in a container. Very nice of them

They were out of burger but offered us buy one get one free turkey burgers and they were very Good. And then they were out of bacon it’s right before closing time Btw and they offered us free shakes. I haven’t felt this cares for in a good joint in a while. Very good place to eat and very good people

This was the second time I visited Mooyah‘s in Livermore the first time the hamburger and fries were excellent today. Fries were mushy, and the hamburger bun felt and taste like it was soaked in water. I cannot remember when I had a hamburger and fries that were worse than these, I will give it a little bit of time and then I will give it one more shot
