MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

We tried Mooyah shortly after they opened. We got the Dude Perfect family box for pick up. The fries were dark, soggy and cold. We put them in our air fryer to fix them. The burgers were meh. Super greasy, like dripping, the bun was soggy and also smashed. None of us were impressed. We had to order at the screen while employees cleaned. After we got our meals they were friendly.

Decided to wait a while before trying again.
Walked in and employee immediately greeted me and offered to take my order at counter. Very nice lady, good customer service.
After I brought my food home, the fries were again, very dark, extremely greasy/soggy and soft. We all tried one and no one liked them, so a complete waste. It's like they say in cold oil for too long. Look at the picture, these are regular fries, not sweet potatoes.
I ordered 4 burgers, including 2 bacon burgers, but one was missing bacon. The buns were soggy. My son said his kids cheese burger tasted weird and gross, and he loves hamburgers.
I was the only one in the store, so I am not sure how things could go wrong.

Overall, we probably won't return.

Ordered for take out. Couldn't find avocado online. Asked about that when we picked up the order I asked for it and they put some in a container. Very nice of them

They were out of burger but offered us buy one get one free turkey burgers and they were very Good. And then they were out of bacon it’s right before closing time Btw and they offered us free shakes. I haven’t felt this cares for in a good joint in a while. Very good place to eat and very good people

This was the second time I visited Mooyah‘s in Livermore the first time the hamburger and fries were excellent today. Fries were mushy, and the hamburger bun felt and taste like it was soaked in water. I cannot remember when I had a hamburger and fries that were worse than these, I will give it a little bit of time and then I will give it one more shot

Beyond disappointed. It was empty when we went in and I feel like I know I know why now. The fries were soft just absolute mush. The burger was mushy I am not a fan of their bun it tastes and feels like scrambled eggs. I try not to only say negative things but there was nothing positive about this experience we didn't even like the ranch that we asked for with the fries.

$26 for a burger fries and shake.

I threw it away after 2 bites.

Wonderful spot to stop into & have a meal.. relaxing atmosphere, clean restrooms, plenty of parking available, large bench seats to accommodate 6+ people.. everything you'd look for in a spot to relax have a laugh with great food..

This was my first time every coming here to eat and its delicious! They attended me and my group super quick and the place was super clean as well the food came out super fast and tasted absolutely amazing. I dont live close at all here to Livermore but wow! Im definitely coming back to here next time i am around this area.

ordered online and i got a cheese burger minus the burger. unfortunately i can not go back since i live 10 miles away. i guess ill be eating a burger salad….

maybe i should of actually check the actually burger but who does that?

an update on my last post! after finding the survey in my email and giving some feedback, customer service reached out and offered a free burger for next time.

i did enjoy my salad. bun was good and soft and toppings were fresh 😂

Staffs are very friendly with excellent service. Nice atmosphere and place is very clean. My son ordered a plain cheeseburger and the MooYah Oreo shake. He is very picky eater and he loves them… definitely coming back
