“HP Taco is a great new addition to our local taco a scene. He pops up a lot in wine country and over at the Vasco Row Makers District and I try and swing by whenever I can. John is dishing out some fun spins on tacos. From cheeseburger, duck, and pork belly. I like how he plays with the proteins. Check him out!“

“Absolutely delicious, one of my new favorites. This was our second time here. The spicy eggplant is a standout, along with the crispy salt and pepper tofu, Dan Dan noodles, shallot noodles, and bao buns. Sparkling water in a dispenser and lots of other beverages choices. To-go containers are easy access but you probably won’t need them!“

“The food was very tasty, with a great selection of vegetarian options. Located in a convenient spot, parking was very easy. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for a Thai restaurant in Livermore! They also have another location in Pleasanton.“

“This was our first time dining here after discovering a new place to have Pho. I must say that this place has everything that is missing from our usual Pho restaurants. Beautiful and clean atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and delicious food. It might be a little on the higher end price wise, but for a nice and warm experience it's definitely worth it. We will be coming back again and bringing friends.“

“It's great to finally have a modern, upscale Indian restaurant in the Tri-Valley area! Huge seating area with great ambience, Brian Silas music playing in the background (my personal favorite!), robots bringing food to your table, excellent service, and really good food with authentic North Indian flavors! I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a great overall experience!“

“I recently had an amazing experience at The Essence Redefining Indian food in Livermore for Valentine's day. Live music was creating romantic experience. They had special menu for Valentines Day. The heart shaped paneer was scrumptious. The service was top notch too, making us feel welcomed and taken care of through out the evening. The Essence Redefining Indian Food is the best place to enjoy mouthwatering food and excellent services. Highly Recommend it for memorable dining experience.“
