Went into Panera Bread Livermore. Eddie who is a Manager was rude, and raised his voice to me when their system noted my order as "to go" vs for here. He said "nobody else is having this issue, here is the number for customer service." I shared I would go to the front counter and skip the kiosk moving forward if they are broken. I bought the French baguettes every Sunday for our breakfast because they are so moist inside but these few months the bread’s look like overcooked. The crusts look dark in color and the bread was so dry . I been telling the management every week but no improvement. I am very disappointed and I loved the baguettes and having them for ten years. I hope they can improve and bring back the nice baguettes again.
