My grandma had came here with her friends to shop and was looking at something while waiting in line and the extremely rude Indian cashier said to "hurry up, this isn't Afghanistan for you to be taking your time this is America". This is extremely disturbing to hear and disgusting to see how one can work for a company that sees diversity everyday in their store and then to talk to people like this!!? Today was my 2nd time shopping here and again the staff are so rude. No one smiles and no one is friendly. If you hate your job go somewhere else. Today this little girl was crying and one of the staff asked the little girl why she was crying and then told her to stop crying because there was no crying at the store.
This Ross is clean with a lot of parking and merchandise. There lines are slightly long but they try to get through it fast. I am giving it 1 star based on my experience this past Sunday (below). This was my second time at Ross in this location and the staff is just horribly rude. This past Sunday (8/18) I was shopping and over heard the fitting room attendant Julie telling a Spanish speaking man that if he is in America he has to learn English.
