I enjoyed this Starbucks. It wasn't overly crowded, the bathrooms were clean, and the team was fast at preparing my order. I ordered on the app just before getting to the store, used the restroom, and my order was out by the time I was done. The drink was made as I expected and the food I ordered was good. I'll definitely come here again on my travels.

Super bummed with this locations always getting my orders wrong or just simply doing whatever I ordered just 2 tall Carmel frappes with Extra Carmel Specifically , the young lady made the order and on 1 drink just put very minimal and on the other drink she put nothing , besides that the drink only taste like coffee , no even a tad bit of sugar just plain ol coffee. I should have tasted the drink before taking off, taste like NO EFFORT was put into this drink in that case I would had just poured coffee and some ice called it a day. Please try your drink before taking off !!!!!

A very stressful morning and I needed a coffee break and a bathroom. Easy to park, very lively place for a mid morning. Many people were greeted by first names and it was very relaxed. Bathroom was clean and ADA compliant. Next time I am in the area I plan on stopping back thru. Very good vibes

Make sure you are thoroughly checking your food and drinks before you leave the establishment. On two separate occasions this week, I was given the wrong food but in the right packaging and didn’t notice until I got home and it was too late to go back and have it fixed. They weren’t even busy so I don’t understand how this mixup occurred. I don’t consume certain ingredients in the item I was given so I unfortunately had to throw these away and wasted $6

Good luck if you show up here and order a decaf coffee. They literally have no procedure. You eventually just have to go back and ask for your coffee and then they’ll start making it like 20 minutes later. Starbucks is usually way better than this. Hope they get these guys sorted out soon.

I’ve been in here twice recently and can’t say enough how badly service is here!! Most recent- 2 girls who make drinks talking non-stop & showing each other photos & laughing. They noticed after “20” minutes I still waiting- opens can of sparkling water, 2 pumps of syrup & says here you go?? Really?!!!! Just horrible drink & service
Starbucks is by far not my favorite coffee shop, but the employees here really make it worth a visit. I frequent Starbucks across the state, strictly for convenience, and I have to say I have never seen any SB employee work as hard as Gokhan does in this location. All of the staff are nice and attentive as can be, but he really is the shining star of the business. He deserves a BIG raise.

This is by far the loudest Starbucks ever. I feel like walking into a rare party. The baristas there really crank it up. Perhaps it's a way to discourage people from hanging out for long period of time.
