The food is really the big win here. Healthy choices that are also delicious.The recipes for their drinks are actually amazing (I like the minted collagen latte). I'd be more than willing to come give the staff training on how to steam good milk and pull better shots. I'd do it for free (it gives me experience and it would be pretty easy to double the quality of everything coffee and tea related... yes really) There are great people here the vibe is great and the protein shakes are quite delicious as well. I do also enjoy the kombucha.

Came here for the potential acai bowls but it wasn't on the menu.
But I will have to say the avocado toast was really good had the sweet and a salmon one.
Also grabbed the Choco maca smoothie that was refreshing. Will deff be back the service was also very friendly.

Tuesday morning I arrived at 8:56 and ordered a latte with Almond milk. There was one table waiting for their coffees and 2 men ordered a coffee each before me. Cut to 9:22 and I still have NOT received my coffee but the batista friends walked in and ordered coffee. They were made immediately and handed straight to them while I still wait for my coffee. The barista with curly red hair has ZERO want to attend to customers, then when the ladies before me asked her if their coffee was ready and with immense attitude the batista said "it's coming, I had orders before you. I have been coming here since the day you guys opened, it is one of my favorite places for coffee & breakfast. All the other girls that work there are so sweet and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee before. Very disappointed in this batista & experience today. I will continue to come here but will think twice if I see her behind the counter making coffees.

Service from few of the Baristas is worse. They don’t even have decency to wish the customers or apologize when there is an issue with the order.

I visited Steamhouse a few days ago for the first time with my daughter, not really knowing what I wanted. My mind was made up once I spotted something called 'mushroom cacao latte' on their list....or something like that. My thought: is there any point in going to what seems to be a hip place, and NOT getting something that they might be good at making? Did I taste the shrooms? Not really ....but I did outrun the herd of unicorns on the way home.?Ba da bum.

Parking: Downtown Livermore, just a couple of blocks from 1st Street, has plenty of open parking.

Their ricotta toasts are delicious!! Loved the ricotta with fig and prosciutto. Yum!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Emily made the delicious food / drinks in an appropriate amount of time while still attending to the many customers that stopped by. Pictured is the #1 avocado toast. 10/10 would recommend after taking a joya class.

This is a very nice local spot. Relaxed, casual, comfortable. And they make the best hot mochas in town.
