I didn't even try the food but I just spent 10 minutes looking for this Subway, this broke a** Subway doesn't even have a sign. All the other stores in the shopping center have one, why would I eat at a Subway that looks like an abandoned business? Can't afford a sign then y'all can't afford to waste food, y'all probably serve expired s**** This Subway is just another reason why I think Livermore is a s*** city.

It's very hard for a franchise like subway to receive 5 stars, but the lady who works in the front is such a doll. She's so nice and friendly and I noticed after going here for a while that she's literally the only one working. I've asked her why aren't there other employees working along her. She told me the owner is at another location. This poor lady I've seen here every time I've gone, she deserves some help, I cant imagine all the responsibilities are all on her. Everything is so clean and neat and I know how some subways LACK customer service but this one by far my favorite. I really hope she doesn't leave and I do hope they are paying her well because working in the food industry personally it's hard to find people who put in effort. I might be just heading over there today for a quick lunch :)

If you love Subway, you'll love this one. Very friendly staff and they make a great sandwich. I've been to many Subway's and these folks are nice.

The sandwiches at the Pacific Ave Subway in Livermore are always delicious. The last time we had food, we had it delivered by Grub Hub. The food bill was $43, but the total bill once Grub Hub brought it was $55! Twelve dollars more for the delivery? And that was "free delivery"! There was this charge, that charge and another charge till they chalked up an extra $12! GOODBYE GRUB HUB! NEVER AGAIN!

Food was cold. Took a half hour to bring out food. They would not answer phone for 20 minutes. I was in a wheelchair and could not get out.

While waiting to order we seen i believe to be the owner come in with a tray of bread mind you it was uncovered . She was the one to make our sandwiches and we asked for cheese and never got it. Bread is crumbling as if it is old. Soup was cold and lumpy. This has not been the first time orders have come out wrong by this owner.as she was leaving she was even scratching herself in the private area. Will not be eating here anymore

I took my mom to get a sandwich she heard on the tv that it was buy 2 footlong get them for 5.00 each. When we were going to order it they said on line ordering only. So my mom didnt like how thick the meat was cut would have been too hard to chew so she wanted all cheese, she was then told it would cost her .60 for every 2pc of cheese she only took 4 slices. She also said drop of oil and vinegar the woman poured it on. By the time it was my turn I was already upset with how their attitudes were. I asked if they had the cheea cake cookie she said no. Well then that will be all.

This is the cleanest Subway in town. I also have to say that many of the sandwich shops have adapted the options dramatically during shelter in place. This location has all required protocols in place and still had fresh bread; fountain sodas, fresh ingredients!
