My favorite taco truck in Livermore, I've been coming here for many many years. I've always gotten their Tacos , but just recently discovered how good the Torta Cubana / Cuban Torta and the Quesadilla con Carne / Meat Quesadilla was. Always a good order, you won't be disappointed! everything always tastes amazing, the portions are always satisfying, and everything is fresh and made to order, they also accommodate for modifications like extra sauce.
Flavor and texture of shrimp tacos was awesome, sometimes it seems the best tacos come from the trucks and not the little family restaurants. Its in a parking lot but there are good tables with umbrellas and frankly the taste makes it totally a non issue, come for the quality
Best Carnitas in town. The green salsa is more mild than the red, but sometimes it's super spicy! Love it. My husband will only eat lengua from here. Their tortas, super burritos, quesadillas. Deliciously greasy. One of our favorite trucks in town!
