I love Visiting Wente with my son who is a wine member. We live in Bermuda and drink Wente here as our go to wine. However very disappointed that they have stopped serving the charcuterie boards. Now you get a complimentary plate with cheese and crackers. Very tacky! This is an upscale place to visit but needs to maintain its class! Come on not very difficult to prepare these plates. It’s not as if they are free.
The place was full. Everyone was running around to serve customers. Linda was well knowledgeable about the different wines. She displayed genuine interest about how and when to enjoy the wines. Where Linda stood out was when she took the TIME to LISTEN to my story why I came to Wente. I didn't feel like a number. For me that's the highest form of customers service you can provide!!!!
