For those who manage food allergies, I don't have to tell you the joy of finding a home baker who is able to make a dessert safe for everyone in the family! Among my immediate and extended family, we have a variety of food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities. Gluten, milk, egg, peanuts, various tree nuts. I used to bake a lot of our own birthday treats but haven't been motivated since I developed an intolerance for gluten.

As someone with multiple food allergies it’s so hard to find any baked goods I can eat that don’t taste like cardboard. I ordered the pan de chocolate and they were better than I could have even imagined! You cannot tell they are gluten free, they look amazing too! I will definitely be ordering again!!
