Easy to reserve, air conditioning failed the day before so indoor and outdoor temps were simila and uncomfortable for customers and servers, waited 10 min before server discovered me in a booth, stellar service after that, food was very good.

Went here after spending the day in Livermore. Located in quaint downtown area of old Livermore. We visited on a Monday evening. Restaurant had a small number of guests. Service was attentive. Food was good. Had butternut squash soup and grilled pair salad for appetizers! Parmesan Lemon Sole and Molasses Glazed Meatloaf for our entrees. Brought part of meatloaf home for a great next day sandwich.

My wife’s favorite place for happy hour! Martini Mondays are the best! Happy hour menu is wonderful, but you really cannot go wrong with anything there. Staff is always very kind and accommodating. Our favorite little spot, and then you can hop over to the Vine to see a show.👍🏽

We come here often. Service is always excellent. Servers are friendly and attentive. You never feel rushed. Food was fantastic. I ordered from the Summer special menu. I had the chicken caprese. It was so delicious. Chicken was a bit crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a delicious sauce. I also ordered the summer watermelon salad. It was also equally delicious and a perfect salad for summer. It had a great refreshing flavor. . My dining partner had my favorite stand by, meatloaf in a molasses sauce. Always yummy and satisfying. Topping off the meal was the strawberry shortcake. Fresh berries and whipped cream over a sponge cake. So good. I highly recommend The Zepher. Just as good as any San Francisco restaurant without the traffic. Never disappointing

Food was really dry

This was my second time visiting. First experience was outstanding. Today not so much. I ordered the Braised ribs not a good choice. The ribs were dry and lacked flavor. The sauce was not great either. My husband ordered the meatloaf. It was really dry. The sauce was not what it described. It was more of a BBQ sauce. Maybe it was an off day. Would not recommend these 2 entrees. Service was mediocre. Very little follow up. Had to ask for a water refill. Not sure if I will be back or recommend this restaurant.

We absolutely recommend this place for the the great drinks and food, and for the friendly service we received. Excellent service: We arrived early, and decided to have a drink at/near the bar. The lady at the bar gave us great advice with a ready smile. During dinner, everybody was attentive and friendly. Food: The four of of us highly recommend all the dishes we had: Appetizers: Burrata and brushetta, Crab tower. Main dishes: Mediterranean pesto pasta, Vegan meatloaf, Blue-cheese tenderloin, New York strip steak. Desserts: delicious Basque cake, chocolate cake.

We've going to this restaurant but last night is the was first ever experience we had, the service was bad, our food was late, never been informed about the delay, the food that I always order wasn't good last night at all, tried to order dessert and it took a while for our server to go back and check so we decided not to order. Hope this won't happen again.

From the day it opened the mashed potatoes are swimming and butter. Everything is flavored with heavy butter. Recently, I reluctantly went here with a friend. The food and the service and the quality doesn’t match the prices they charge. Any other place I have no problem paying 100 bucks for a steak as long as it’s good. I’m not cheap. I just like a good value.
Food is mediocre. We had a lazy server. She asked if we need change just because she’s too lazy to walk back-and-forth. And she thought she was gonna get away with serving our bill with no mint brownies. I called her laziness on that and made her bring us the brownies, not my first rodeo. Her lazy behavior cost her a good tip. You gotta earn your tip. Been to a lot of nice restaurants in my day this restaurant is a wannabe. Outrageously priced, food not good and unhealthy. Our server had the fast food Attitude food type of service. Unfortunately, most Livermore restaurants are that way. Not a fan.

Last night was a bad experience. Service was horrible, kept forgetting things we asked for, the salmon was overcooked and the rice was dry and hard. We invited friends and had to apologize.

Bennet at the front desk and Jasmine our server were friendly and gave us great service. We appreciate both of them. The food was excellent as always. We love Zephyr Grill.

My food was good. My companion said her chicken sandwich was a little overcooked, but still good. Service was good. We both felt that our server was hoping to speed us through our dinner, but not a big deal.

Zeohyr is a great spot for Happy Hour. Excellent food and drinks! It is our favorite spot in town.

We normally eat at the Zephyr Grill in Brentwood, CA and the food there is MUCH better. I ordered the same meal at the Livermore location-Cobb salad. The Livermore location didn't have cucumbers, and the ranch dressing was like Kraft out of a bottle. It was absolutely terrible. The Brentwood location has a homemade ranch dressing that is wonderful. I also ordered the butternut squash soup, which came in a coffee mug and had cashews on the bottom of the mug. It was very thin and runny. That soup should be fairly thick and consistent. The server never came back and asked about needing additional water to drink, and time between ordering drinks and receiving them was 10-15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend for the cost.
