Our server, Natalie, was wonderful! Our entire experience was lovely. She had a few suggestions which we appreciated. Will be back!
The food and service was really good.We were disappointed that the meatloaf was no longer on the menu.
I noted it was my husbands bday, but that was never acknowledged. Additionally, I thought maybe they had done away with the complimentary bread upon reopening after the fire, but turns out our waiter just never brought it. We spent over $200 for two people from appetizers to dessert. When I inquired about why they had discontinued the bread as we were wrapping up our meal (assuming that was the case), he informed us that we just came at a bad time and newly bake bread was just coming out. Ummm...what? You didn't have bread for the 90 minutes we were there and didn't offer any to go even though we were taking a ton of leftovers home? Service was just subpar from start to finish.
Best service we've ever had there! Daisy was very friendly, patient and checked on us several times to see if we were good. Food was delicious :) We haven't been there since the reopening but I do feel like the portion size was bigger and the parmesan sole was cooked perfect!
We celebrated my son's birthday. He had lamb chops, his daughter had pasta, may wife had parmesan lemon sole. I had Oso Bucco. The food was great. We also had the butternut squash soup and calamari. It was excellent. The service was spotty. The glasses emptied and were not getting refilled. It seemed like we had been forgotten while we waited for the main course. I did not experience that in prior visits.
Our server, Kayla was outstanding! She was friendly, helpful, efficient and I would ask for her section on every visit! The food was delicious, service was great and portions were large enough to bring some home for dinner next day. Great job Kayla and Zephyr!
Food was good.. Service a little slow... Wish they still had the Beef Tenderloins on the menu, we saw they had scaled back. We sat at the tables in the bar area and the sun shines directly through and hit us in the eyes/face the whole meal... They should consider shades to pull up or down because I see this as a problem on sunny days.
Traditions continue at Zephyr. Wish they'd have their signature meatloaf back on the menu!!!
This visit was extremely disappointing. We were seated immediately but waited for any type of service. The restaurant was not that busy. I had to ask for champagne flutes and for the bottle to be opened. Once it was opened and the first glass poured, no one ever refilled our glasses. I had to pour myself. Our server seemed to wait on everyone around us but we were invisible to her. She finally took our order. We ordered apps. but didn't have much time after as one of the patrons had a rideshare picking her up at a specific time. This was the worst service I have experienced at this restaurant. Would have to think about going back in the future.
After many months of being closed it was our first time back. It did not dissappoint. Bar service and drinks great. Nicole was gracious and hardworking. The meal was also outstanding. Food and service were superb. Kayla took care of us didn't miss a beat. We are so glad your back and will return shortly.

We looked forward to dining again at Zephyr after their closure this year & recent reopening with a “new” menu. I expended a better meal & it was truly disappointing. I had the Parmesan Lemon Sole, accompanied with mashed potatoes & vegetables. Everything on my plate looked bland & tasted bland. The fish had zero flavor, had to ask for some lemons, which didn't help. I had a cup of butternut squash soup as appetizer & that was OK. We passed on dessert. Overall it was a disappointing dinner & I don't think we'll return. The restaurant & bar were packed & noisy on a Saturday night. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? The other menu items better must be better & more flavorful????
Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our appetizers were cold. Took forever to get drinks and “new menu” isn't great. We liked going here prior to the kitchen fire. Was not impressed considering how expensive it is.
So glad Zephyr has reopened after the fire, and everything is as good as it was before. I had the Pasta Piacere, it's a steak and gorgonzola dish and was incredible. My Manhattan cocktail was delicious and strong. Our server, Karen, is an outstanding server. She took care of us with great attention to detail, plus she has a fun and friendly personality. Great job Zephyr! We will be back and recommend to others.
The food was good. It was very loud which made conversation difficult. Prices have gone up.
My husband and I had an initial great experience until we received 3 charges on our card for the same meal. We told the "manager" who advised me that she would contact the accountant and contact me the following Monday. No one contacted me and I explained there were 3 transactions charged for the same meal ( 2 charges were for the pre-tip bill and one charge was post-tp. I contacted them again after one of the pre-tip bills was refunded but the second one is still on our bill. I offered to show the bill so they know it was posted and not pending. I was advised to contact their Human resource department. I have had issues in the past with a double charge but nothing like this. I gave them ample time to look into this (original date of charges was October 10, 2025). This is a horrible way to conduct a business relationship with clients. My concern is this is happening to other people but also you know how they don't actually care about fixing their mistake. American Express is doing an investigation but my question is, if they know there is a pattern of double charging, why wouldn't they correct it? Only reason I can think of at this point is they knowingly conduct disreputable business practices. That to me is a lack of integrity and I can no longer support a business that conducted business in this way. I have attached the bill charges for that day and you can see how only 1/2 of the charges owed to me was refunded. By the way I offered to show the bill multiple times.
