Absolutely horrible experience with food and service. My order was missing 3 items and I had to go back 3 times back n forth to get the items I paid for. Very unprofessional and food tasted old and disgusting. Don’t go here. There’s other options to try around the spot. Avoid this place.

The food is absolutely disgusting. The coleslaw has a layer of slime on top. It's obvious they do not sell coleslaw daily..
The woman at the front counter...Had a language barrier, never asked me if I wanted spicy or classic.She gave me whatever she wanted.. close this place and call it larry's chicken

The Customer service here is literally day and night…. Ordered food the night before customer service by the night crew was amazing, beyond exceptional… the evening shift around 2:30 is the worst experience ever!! Very rude and disgusting attitude!! Like get a grip ! Older couple that placed the order after me was so kind and the cashier was so rude to them, no courtesy whatsoever!! Like some on man petiole dont deserve that horrible behavior while grabbing a meal.

Lady tried to charge me $1.25 extra for a single sauce lol

The only thing that was good the most recent time I went was the food. We had a coupon that we wanted to use and the person said that they don't honor it(who kept squinting at something like she could not see). They honored our coupons in the pasr The kiosk went through 2 times for someone else when it said that it didn't go through both times. And the other customers completely upset about it

Every time I drove by this place and attempted to order from their kiosk. It keep saying please see cashier. So no big deal. This time I brought my family with me and once again tried to order from their kiosk. Again, it says please see cashier. This was really frustrating especially when you have a tall orders. So screw it, and went to panda express across the street.

Worst chicken ever! Old and hard!! Biscuits could choke a horse as dry as they were. I was surprised as it's usually good. Not this time.

I placed an order around 11:20am at the store for 3 chicken tenders just the tenders because I was also getting the box with the shrimp and fries and biscuit drove home 20 minutes and I was missing the fires and the biscuit I tried calling but the recording machine kept saying the phone number is no longer in service so after my missing items I couldn’t even talk to worker there to fix my problem and was not going to drive back and be late for work. Before this situation happened they older lady gave me my food was a bit rude I asked so sweet Hera sauce she’s like it’s already in there so I told her yes but I’d like two extra rudely she said well its a charge more and i responded yes of course id pay for it not a problem so she did charge me and was upset that i asked for it in the first place
