Worst chicken ever! Old and hard!! Biscuits could choke a horse as dry as they were. I was surprised as it's usually good. Not this time.

I placed an order around 11:20am at the store for 3 chicken tenders just the tenders because I was also getting the box with the shrimp and fries and biscuit drove home 20 minutes and I was missing the fires and the biscuit I tried calling but the recording machine kept saying the phone number is no longer in service so after my missing items I couldn’t even talk to worker there to fix my problem and was not going to drive back and be late for work. Before this situation happened they older lady gave me my food was a bit rude I asked so sweet Hera sauce she’s like it’s already in there so I told her yes but I’d like two extra rudely she said well its a charge more and i responded yes of course id pay for it not a problem so she did charge me and was upset that i asked for it in the first place

I used the Kiosk to order. I ordered 5 piece spicy tenders big combo. When my order arrived, they were out of Cajun Sparkles. They forgot my drink. And didn't provide a spork until I asked for one. The tenders weren't even lukewarm, just room temperature. Other customers were upset about wait time, even though it wasn't busy. Other customers also complained that there was no lemon pepper. The old manager ran the store very well. Right now, they have a long way to go

Hope you can get more help since customers had to wait a while. But thank you guys for neatly packaging my order. It made me feel better after waiting.

May 28 2025. 5:30 pm. Ordered food for dine in waited 20 min walk to the cashier “are you waiting for your order”. They were not paying attention to their job didn’t even get right order and they make it to go lol. N there was 5-6 other customers waiting for their food behind me . They need to pay attention what they’re doing

P.m. shift, there is a guy there that doesn’t speak English, he’s wearing a bracelet that dangles onto the food. That’s gross. Someone call the health department.

Customer service is lacking. They don't acknowledge the customers. They just pass by and see you and keep walking around until they're ready. Unprofessional. This happened on more than one occasion.

The place is always filthy looking. They Also don't wash their hands enough. They touch their hair, money, etc and then deal with the food or the containers that the food go in
