Everything was good, the only thing that I’m against is that they charge a fee to use your credit card, according to Civil Code section 1748.1 of California is against the law. No merchants should add a surcharge when customers pay by credit card instead of cash.
And this is on all the California state.
Please we can make a complaint of the merchants that do this.
If you believe a merchant is improperly charging customers or otherwise engaging in false or misleading sales practices, you should file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. The Office uses complaints to learn about misconduct. However, we cannot give legal advice or provide legal assistance to individuals.

Great old style diner!
Great place to have breakfast in Lockwood. Nice place with a great atmosphere, friendly service, a great menu and reasonable prices. They open early and have generous portions. Our breakfasts were delivered quickly and were tasty. We'll be back!

The staff was very friendly, however we waited almost 30 minutes to place an order, after having to get someone to take our order. Then once we received our food, we didn't receive the sides it was supposed to come with. Asked the waitress and she stated it wasn't supposed to come with anything, even though on the menu it clearly says it does. Food was mediocre at best. I hate to do this to a small town restaurant, but its important to know where they can improve. Left very disappointed.

Wow!! Food is delicious!! They have a UNIQUE chicken rice soup on Sundays!! We live half an hour away and we love this place

Parking: Due to the location of the place, parking is scarce but it doesn't take long to find a parking space.

Everything we ordered was delicious. We had Popeys Revenge and another omelet and they were well seasoned. Next time we went we tried their chicken fried steak. The gravy was excellent.

Big portions, has that wholesome home cooked flavor to dishes. Peaceful, try the Elvis burger, all breakfast plates are delicious!

If you want a big breakfast and like Lockeford sausage, this is the place to go. Easy parking, huge portions and friendly service. I love their chili omelet and hash browns, but can bearly eat half of it. Lots of options and I have only ever had breakfast. On day I'll try lunch (or dinner).
