This place was sooo good!! We had the chicken fried steak (favorite) the pancakes, the Omelet and a burger and everyone loved their meals. If in the area again would definitely be back. Hospitality was great as well.

The food was delicious. I apologize for no picture. I was hungry! The waitress was delightful and funny. Clean and big servings. A definite must try! We will go back.

We love this place! It's our favorite breakfast place, and we enjoy the service we receive. Recently my husband and I took our mothers for Mother's Day, and we have a great time. The food was delicious, I always get the Baja Omelet, and my husband the Texan. The servers are always great, and very attentive, we highly recommend it and visit often.

Everything was good, the only thing that I’m against is that they charge a fee to use your credit card, according to Civil Code section 1748.1 of California is against the law. No merchants should add a surcharge when customers pay by credit card instead of cash.
And this is on all the California state.
Please we can make a complaint of the merchants that do this.
If you believe a merchant is improperly charging customers or otherwise engaging in false or misleading sales practices, you should file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. The Office uses complaints to learn about misconduct. However, we cannot give legal advice or provide legal assistance to individuals.

Great old style diner!
Great place to have breakfast in Lockwood. Nice place with a great atmosphere, friendly service, a great menu and reasonable prices. They open early and have generous portions. Our breakfasts were delivered quickly and were tasty. We'll be back!

The staff was very friendly, however we waited almost 30 minutes to place an order, after having to get someone to take our order. Then once we received our food, we didn't receive the sides it was supposed to come with. Asked the waitress and she stated it wasn't supposed to come with anything, even though on the menu it clearly says it does. Food was mediocre at best. I hate to do this to a small town restaurant, but its important to know where they can improve. Left very disappointed.
