I had the tri-tip plate and it was very good. Even after going there a week ago I'm still thinking of this place and how good the food was. Whenever I'm in Rockford, I'm going back to this hidden gem of a lunch spot. I especially liked the baked beans that came with the tri-tip plate. The only bad thing was, they are located way out of the way . I'll go here again and I suggest you do as well. Kudo's to the lady who runs this place.
I've been here multiple times, and they never let me down! The staff are friendly, and the food is amazing? I had the ribs and turkey leg? I love their mac and cheese! Outdoor seating is very nice and they play soft jazz on the speakers. I definitely recommend stopping by and getting a plate of delicious BBQ food?

OMG!! The best bbq we’ve ever had! Went in last week while on our way home from Jackson. I cant wait to go back. I ordered the tri tip sandwich and my husband ordered the brisket sandwich and a turkey leg. Phenomenal!!
