Relaxing, good service. Friendly
Chili’s in Lodi has excellent, very attentive staff. Environment inside was relaxing, with staff multiple times stopping by to see if we needed anything.
It did take a very long time tonight, Friday January 14th to get our food.
We arrived at 5:08, got seated promptly, and food came out at 6:32 pm. They were about 1/2 full when we arrived. They get what appeared to be a lot of take out orders too.

Some guests noted that the service could be improved, as refill and check-ins were sometimes missed, and a host forgot about their table, requiring staff to remind her. One order of chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was burnt and had to be remade, but other food was cooked and tasted great. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the menu offers standard options with a few new items.
