The best customer service and good Atmosphere.
The food was good, but I had a frustrating customer service experience. I ordered three items and asked for three sauces. I wasn’t told that only one complimentary sauce comes with each order or that additional sauces cost extra. I only found out after receiving my food. Had the cashier explained the policy when I ordered, I would have either paid for the extra sauces or placed separate orders. Instead, I was simply pointed to a sign after the fact. I walked in thinking I could handle the spice. Five minutes later I was negotiating peace terms with the chicken sandwich.
The chicken was crispy, juicy, and so good I had to stop talking for a moment and just appreciate what was happening.
The fries disappeared immediately. I looked away for two seconds and somehow they were gone. Suspicious.
