Second time we have been to buffet in three months food was good, but once again the service terrible. The omelette chef was very helpful even down to getting us coffee. Jason at the omelette station worked as fast as he could, but no one knew that they had to pickup their omelette. Last time we were there the server brought it to us. Servers were friendly, but totally disorganized. And it didn't seem that busy. Beverages and refills even on water were not addressed. Lack of communication, since no one asked about drinks or came back to us after we were seated I told my guests to just go up start through line. We plan on going back at least once a month as the food was good and buffet line dishes were always refreshed. Blintzes were the favorite. See you soon

Here before one of the concerts great food sat at the bar first waited for our table The bartender was amazing nice full of information she was on it too and then we got our table and got and it smelled good and looked amazing and we didn't wait very long for any of it and the staff was very friendly and it was a very super clean and the ambience was absolutely romantic and amazing.Parking: Pretended the Rivers edge grill & bar there's always been very optional parking yet even though I do get handicapped they're still is optional parking other than handicap.Wheelchair accessibility: It's very interesting that when I went and I couldn't make it around they offer wheelchairs so that's pretty amazing cuz not everywhere does that.

Poor service. Mediocre food, especially the prime rib. Went on a Wednesday,so they were busy. 20 minutes to get a drink order and another 15 minutes to get the drinks. Then we ordered and received the food in another 25 minutes, a total of 60 minutes from being seated. Orderedthe prime rib rare per the servers recommendations. It was served medium well at least. Not a pink muscle fiber to be seen. I did like the asparagus (up charge) and the mashed potatoes but come on... medium well??? Drinks were mediocre as well. Joined the Players Club for no reason. Will NOT probably be back for food again. You guys blew it!

Can't beat the PR dinner, unfortunately the back of house staff was not doing well. Saw plates go out with mashed and should have had baked. My own plate was not as ordered. Wait staff was over stressed but worked hard. They didn't have the time to make the meal comfortable, it kinda felt like we were in a cafeteria. Add to everything, the table arrangement, too many small party for two tables that left no room for comfortable dining. Also the table arrangement was really bad. We asked to be moved as the only way the wait staff could help the table next to us was for me to get up out of my chair each time they came over. I don't expect Rivers Edge to be linen table cloths, black tie etc but Peppers Diner is a more comfortable dining experience!

Quality of food and service is way overpriced. We were seated near the kitchen door and had to listen to awful heavy metal and rap music blasting from the kitchen doors. I was excited to order my 1 year old son some Mac n cheese. For $8 on the children's menu, I expected more than the 1/4 box of 59 cent Mac n cheese from Grocery Outlet. For $7 they added sauteed mushrooms to my steak. Again, cheap effortless canned mushrooms. This place would be better off just selling chilli and cornbread.

I took the time to make reservations for a table and was told that I still need to stand in line so my reservations were for 10 o'clock and I stood in line until 1020 so I'm unsure why you make reservations when they don't honor them

We enjoyed our dinner there. With a group of eight, we still received prompt and courteous service. The portions were quite substantial and just as delicious. Best clam chowder around!

It bothers me when servers "auction" food, asking "who gets....?".

Our server was amazing. The restaurant was beautiful. Servings were absolutely wonderful portions. However, our burgers were overcooked, and that was a little disappointing.*edit due to owner responseOur burgers were burnt. I was trying to be polite.

I came here for dinner and breakfast. The food was actually not that bad and the employees were nice. There was a bit of a wait both times and we were pretty much the only people in there. But, the food was not that expensive and we had breakfast vouchers. However, for some reason the water we had dish soap in it both times, which was weird. But, I probably will come back.

I’m not one to post negative reviews.I’m giving them a 1 star because their service was very good. The food was awful. The mashed potatoes were grainy, the meat was the quality you get at breakfast at Denny’s. The pork belly was nothing but jell-o fat with. I flavor. The crème brûlée was good and so was their garlic bread. Because the food was so awful we opted to not stay at the hotel or gamble on our road trip.
