Best Brunch spot that I came across! Most restaurants like this (breakfast joints) tend to order from premade (from food service like Sysco or shamrock, you see their trucks everywhere) distribution. Hot and Tot makes everything in-house. From their daily soups to their house salsa, it’s all done in-house with love and passion. It’s an institution that’s been around since early 60’s. It’s got nostalgia of past (with decor and comfort food) but they keep it clean...
I had their Chilaquiles plate, which portion wise was very generous! But, it lacked that traditional flavor... should have gone with a more American breakfast like my kids' meal. The whole thing looked and tasted really good! The service was great, they're very attentive of everyone!

Me and my wife are regulars here at hot n' tot, reason for that is, they never disappoint, food is great as well as the service, one of the best breakfast spots in the harbor area.
