Went in for a takeout, and we felt that we were bothering the employees. Waiting for about 5 minutes while employees kept walking by and ignoring us till we had to ask someone for help, which again they had to call someone else since it wasn't their job!!!??? Did not feel welcomed 😕

Great food - Japanese Peruvian. I typically order the chicken chaufa & lomo saltado which are both very good, especially with the green sauce. Came here for a birthday dinner party of 13, which included 5 kids (3 in high chairs). Made a reservation in advance asking for the space in the back, which was perfect. Food was timely and delicious. Staff was responsive and helpful with all requests. They also kindly refrigerated our cake and helped with the candle lighting.

The place has an excellent quiet, comfortable atmosphere. The food was great. I got a tallarin and highly recommend trying it out. The sushi was also worth it.

Didn't know what to expect at a Puruvian and sushi restaurant but was pleasantly surprised. Food is flavorful, and portions are not skimpy. The salmon skin salad is a good starter to share with 2 people.
They have plenty of gluten-free options and a specific GF menu. You might have to push a little to get it brought to you ; I don't know if the waitress wasn't of it or just didn't want to go get it since she was busy but I had had read they have one, so pushed a little. Give yourself time to cross reference the titles to the main menu.
Restaurant is noisy and we could hear all the concerations around us (especially the guy talking about as loud as he could on his phone :)). Lots of tables squeezed into the space - cozy but not uncomfortable.
Parking is tight but there.
Bottom line: will we go there again? Yes.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly but pricey for the whole family

Visiting LA area and this restaurant was recommended. And told the lomo soltado dish was amazing. Of course that's what I ordered with beef tips option. OMG - the flavors were amazing. And the green chili sauce in the squeeze bottle - put that on everything! So much flavor in the dish and the presentation was great.
My server was great and attentive but it took about 22 minutes for the food and that was irritating. Place was not crowded but server apologized (he saw disappointment in my face!) - said kitchen was backed up because of large carry out order.
The dish was fantastic and can't wait until my next trip to SoCal.
